Weight: 330 lbs.

Win: I haven’t eaten out in 11 days. I made it through 6 days of eating only vegetables and regained my hunger cues.

April 15, 2020

Weight: 329 lbs.

Win: I lost 6 lbs. this week. I’m eating only vegetables this week as a way to help regain my hunger cues.

April 8, 2020

Weight: 335 lbs.

Win: I’ve developed a great system to ensure I drink 100-150 oz. of water everyday. I’ve put together a menu of meals for an entire week.

2000-2020

I’ve gained 125 pounds since college. Urgh! I’ve tried every diet through the years. I’m giving up dieting and have begun seeing a food addiction therapist in Las Vegas. I’m currently reading the book Anti-Diet by Christy Harrison and Bright Line Eating by Susan Peirce Thompson.
