Former Governor of New Jersey Chris Christie has just released a new dieting book called “Are You Going to Finish That?”
Intermittent eating has become a new diet fad, and Christie’s new book teaches the basics of how to do it effectively, as well as shares personal tips and tricks he learned following the diet he embarked on leading up to his announcement as a 2016 Republican Presidential candidate.
Christie lost a total of 85 pounds on the program.
Steve Bannon assisted Christie in writing the book, and also contributed several dieting strategies for following the intermittent eating program.
“Intermittent eating isn’t a diet. It’s a way of life. It’s counterintuitive, but the results speak for themselves,” Christie explained during his autograph signing for the book at a New Jersey Barnes and Noble. “There’s a reason I’m always photographed eating food. It’s because I’m always eating food. You’ve seen pictures of me eating nachos, corndogs, donuts, funnel cakes, and that’s the real me. I’m telling it like it is. If you want to lose weight, this book has the answers.”
Christie made news recently by ruling out running for President in 2020, but hasn’t ruled out running for public office in the future. Christie, 56, recently signed a 2-year contract as a spokesman for Nabisco.
