What I’m Doing NOW

  • Doing cryotherapy everyday. I’ve made it down to -150 degrees…slowly working down to -200 degrees. There are physical benefits, but I think the real benefit is developing mental toughness.
  • I signed up for My Body Tutor. It’s a daily weight loss coaching program…I’ve lost 10 pounds since starting and excited to see how it goes.
  • Making Church Website Audits videos for free.
